A fully autonomous order engine that works with any software and any warehouse.
Order Bot is Cloverlight's autonomous fulfillment engine for sellers who source from Amazon. It collects orders from your selling software and marketplaces, registers each package with your forwarding warehouse, picks the carrier, places a verified Amazon purchase from the right buyer account — and writes the Amazon order number and cost back to where the order came from.
One pool between every source and every warehouse.
Sources push orders in. The pool decides the warehouse, carrier and buyer account. The desktop bot buys. The result flows back. Hover the diagram — every beam is a real step in the pipeline.
Seven steps. Each one verified before the next.
- 01
Ingest
Orders arrive over a signed ingest API (single or batch of 100) or are pulled from EasyCentral every few minutes. Duplicate Amazon order IDs are rejected globally.
- 02
Quote
The pool asks every eligible warehouse for carrier quotes on each order and keeps a live catalog of carriers you can switch on or off.
- 03
Select
Your rules pick the warehouse and carrier: a shipping-cost ceiling, a global price ratio, and overrides per source, platform and destination country.
- 04
Register
The package is registered with the warehouse — an ES number, an LMG record, or a reference generated from your address template — before anything is bought.
- 05
Purchase
The desktop bot opens the assigned buyer's own isolated browser profile, builds the cart, picks the package-named delivery address and verifies item, quantity, seller and total.
- 06
Confirm
Place order is pressed only after the journal confirms this order was never purchased. The Amazon order ID and total are captured from order history.
- 07
Write back
The Amazon order number and purchase cost go back to the source — BUY-ID and cost in EasyCentral, or a signed webhook to your own software.
Run the whole operation from one panel.
This is the Order Pool management panel with demo data. Click through the sections — overview, orders, warehouses, carriers and rules work just like the real thing.

Built for every marketplace you can fulfill from Amazon.
The pool is platform-agnostic: an order is an external ID, items with ASINs, a ship-to address and a seller account. Any software that can send JSON can feed it.

REST ingest + HMAC-signed webhooks
Each marketplace has its own sourcing and fulfillment policy. Order Bot automates the operation; choosing a compliant sourcing model for each marketplace stays with the seller.
Connect any intermediate warehouse — without new code.
Some warehouses have an API, some only a web panel, some just match packages by the name on the label. The gateway handles all three.
HTTP connector
Warehouses with an API expose /quote and /register. Every call is HMAC-signed and time-stamped; failures fall to manual review, never to a blind purchase.
Address template
No API? The package reference is built from a template (for example ACME-{orderNumber}) and written into the Amazon recipient line. If the reference isn't on the label, the order is not bought.
Panel adapter
Warehouses that only have a browser panel get a dedicated adapter — Fulfillonus registers each package in its own panel, per buyer account.
Autonomous doesn't mean reckless.
Never buys twice
A purchase journal marks every order placed or reconciled. A restart, a crash or a second queue can't repeat a purchase.
Verifies before it pays
Delivery address, item, variant, quantity, seller and order total are re-checked on the review screen before Place order.
Isolated buyer profiles
Each Amazon buyer account runs in its own persistent browser profile; one profile never runs two jobs at once.
No bypassing
CAPTCHA, MFA and account verification are never automated around. The bot stops and waits for a human.
Secrets stay secret
Warehouse logins are encrypted (AES-256-GCM), API keys are stored only as hashes, and no response ever returns a password or token.
Full audit trail
Every order keeps its event history, and every admin change lands in an audit log with roles: owner, admin, operator, viewer.
Send an order in one request.
Create a source, get an ingest key, and POST. New orders return 201, repeats 200, invalid ones 422 with the reason.
Results come back as order.purchased / order.skipped webhooks, signed with sha256=HMAC(secret, timestamp.body).
