❯ cloveramz v2.3.1 · closed beta build

One brain for every account you run.

Cloveramz is autonomous account management software for teams running more than one Amazon seller account. It connects to each account's own remote desktop and reads Seller Central from the real screen: it answers buyers, authorizes returns, drafts A-to-Z appeals and watches account health. What it learns in one round, it carries into the next account.

team cost

The work of a 4-5 person ops team, in one piece of software.

In a multi-account Amazon operation these are usually separate people. Cloveramz runs the same jobs on every account, with the same rules, without sleeping. A human steps in only for the final click that involves money or approval.

  1. 01
    Customer support rep

Answers every pending buyer-seller message within 24 hours and verifies tracking on the carrier's own website.

  2. 02
    Account health specialist

Watches ODR, LSR, VTR and OTDR, sorts violations by AHR impact and drafts the right appeal or plan of action.

  3. 03
    A-to-Z and feedback specialist

Resolves honestly when the record favors the buyer; otherwise drafts an appeal aimed at the denial reason, with evidence.

  4. 04
    Returns and tracking clerk

Authorizes returns, sends the return address and posts "on its way" notices with verified tracking numbers.

  5. 05
    Operations coordinator

Queues the accounts, dispatches each job in the right order, repeats the round on a loop and leaves a morning summary.

scope

Most of the work in a store, in one routine.

Every step can be switched on or off per account.

01

Learn

Before acting, scans a year of order, case and message history and pulls out the defenses that worked.

02

Buyer messages

Answers every pending conversation. Treats buyer text as data, never as instructions.

03

Returns

Authorizes return requests and sends the return address. The refund click stays with a human.

04

Negative feedback

Sends a policy-compliant resolution message, never asks for a rating change, opens a removal case when eligible.

05

A-to-Z claims

Verifies proof of delivery on the carrier's site, drafts the appeal for the specific reason, asks for a specialist when needed.

06

Account health

Reads AHR, ODR, LSR, VTR and OTDR and prepares the appeal or POA form when a threshold is crossed.

07

Deactivation and suspension

Finds the root cause behind at-risk and deactivation notices, drafts an honest POA and keeps watching.

08

Department escalations

Prepares evidence-based messages to Seller Performance, Account Health, Payments and other teams.

09

On-its-way notices

Verifies the real tracking number on the carrier's website and notifies the buyer.

10

Payouts and disbursement

Checks balance and reserve and prepares the request form; the final approval stays with a human.

11

Inventory and restricted listings

Scans for low-stock, out-of-stock and restricted listings and reports them.

12

Review mode

Produces a status report without touching anything. The first step when you take over an account.

self-learning system

A lesson learned on one account reaches every account. The account's data doesn't.

Cloveramz runs on two layers of memory. General lessons go into a shared mind that syncs to every device. An account's orders, buyers and metrics stay in that account's own memory.

◈ Shared mind

A new Amazon form field, an appeal sentence that worked, a carrier-site trap… When the routine finds a pattern it generalizes and saves it. The next session reads these patterns before taking any action.

▣ Account memory

Each account keeps its own permanent notes and recent events. They are injected only into that account's session and never used for another account.

⛨ Leak check

Every line written to the shared mind is scanned. A lesson containing an order number, email, phone, tracking number or person's name is rejected.

Generalized example lessons from the shared mind
  • +If a return request goes unanswered for 48 hours, an A-to-Z claim can close against the seller.
  • +Proof of delivery comes from the carrier's own website, not from a warehouse panel.
  • +Asking a buyer to remove a review in a public reply violates policy.
  • +Opening a Performance Notification marks it as read automatically.
limits

Autonomous, without giving up control.

■Money stays with a human

It stops on refund, disbursement and payment screens, leaves the final click to you and adds it to the morning list.

■Stops at passwords and CAPTCHA

Sign-ins, OTP and CAPTCHA are never bypassed. The routine pauses for a human and continues with the other accounts.

■No fabricated documents

Appeals and POAs rely only on the real record. If the record favors the buyer, it resolves instead of appealing.

■Accounts never mix

Every account runs in its own session; one account's details never end up in another's message, appeal or document.

■Three modes

Normal (takes action), Review (read-only) and Suspension-focused (prioritizes deactivation risk).

■Every step logged

Each action and screenshot is recorded, so you see what happened overnight from one screen.

closed beta

Invitation only, for now.

Frequently asked questions

What does Cloveramz do?+

Cloveramz is autonomous software that manages multiple Amazon seller accounts. It connects to each account's remote desktop and handles buyer messages, returns, A-to-Z claims, feedback, account health and deactivation work in Seller Central.

Does it use the Amazon API?+

No. It uses Seller Central the way a person does, from the real screen: it reads, clicks and types. That covers forms and appeal screens that have no API.

Does it handle money?+

No. The last step of refunds, payments and disbursement requests always stays with a human. Cloveramz stops on those screens and hands them over.

What does self-learning mean here?+

When the routine sees a defense that worked or a new Amazon behavior, it generalizes it without any account data and writes it to the shared mind. Every later session reads those lessons before acting.

Can anyone use it?+

It's in closed beta. Devices register and are unlocked by an admin. Use the contact page to apply.
